IB Infra Developers

Established in the year 2007, IB Developers has been in the business of building and realising the dreams of families in the real estate sector. We have transformed pockets of land in and around Hyderabad, Bangalore and Nellore into liveable green spaces through various projects, which include Green Acres, Venus Enclave, Samskruti Avenues, Harivallu Layouts I and II, and the most recent Chandan Kshetr.

The primary focus of our projects is to combine modern, corporate style amenities at the same time retaining the core values of the Indian family system. Whether it is a large joint family or a nuclear one, we envision our properties to be a safe haven that buyers can easily relate to and customise as per their need. So that whenever they think of home, they think of us – IB.

The spirit and core force of IB Infra Developers comes from the able strength of our eminent chairpersons – Mr. Isanaka Masthan Reddy and Mr. Ballela Sreedhar Reddy. Both our leaders come with rich experience in the Real Estate and Construction sector. Their projects span the southern Indian region and now have a legacy of thousands of satisfied customers.
