Why is Hyderabad a better city than Chennai?

Well, you must remember that Chennai has been around for a while as the only premier city of the south.. Hyderabad rose to prominence in the 90s. So infrastructure wise, Chennai trumps (relatively) any other southern city, let alone Hyderabad.
